Newmarket, ON – AIC will be hosting a roundtable meeting with ACA International and OSCA (Ontario Society of Collection Agencies) to discuss current collection regulations in Canada, the USA and the UK. Topics to be discussed include the use of modern technology to contact consumers, simplified communication with consumers, the statute of limitations and complaint handling.
