AIC Receives PCI Security Certification

AIC received PCI Security accreditation on August 19, 2009. PCI stands for Payment Card Industry, and being certified with this organization means that we are meeting the highest level of security when it comes to safekeeping our customer’s credit card information. This is yet another step in our quest of being a leader in industry with respect to security standards and meeting/exceeding clients’ expectations.

High Praises to our Training Team

AGHI has once again made the list of Training Magazine's Top 125 Global Training Organisations. The official 2008 results were announced on February 04th, in Atlanta GA, at a gala attended by Joel MacCharles - Vice President of Development & Facilitation. The winners were highlighted in Training Magazine’s March 2008 issue.

AGHI initially made the list in 2007, coming in at 109. We are proud to say that we have moved up 58 positions for 2008 finishing at 51. This was the second largest jump by any organisation on the list.

To compile the list the magazine’s editorial staff evaluated applications using a point-based scale for the statistical information provided, and conducted follow-up interviews to ensure that companies, both large and small, were evaluated on more than just numbers.

Allied Global Holdings has been named one of Canada’s 50 Best Managed Companies for the ninth year in a row. This is our third year receiving the Platinum Club status designation, an achievement that serves as recognition and affirmation to our dedication to our business partners and employees.

Platinum Club status is in recognition of those outstanding companies that have sustained a standard of excellence and leadership in all areas of their business practices, and have qualified in the award program for at least six consecutive years during some of the toughest and most competitive market conditions

Heart & Stroke

Heart and Stroke Campaign a Success

Allied International Credit was pleased to once again participate in the effort to raise money and provide resources for the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Ontario (HSFO).

The latest goal of the Heart and Stroke / AIC partnership was to utilise our call centre capabilities in order to recruit person to person canvassers for Heart Month in February ‘08. Thanks to our IVC technology and the AIC volunteers who worked the phones offered by AIC, the HSFO went from 561 canvassers in 2006 to 951 in 2007. Our contribution assisted the local HSFO office to exceed fundraising expectations by 24 % in 2007. The amazing results from last year’s campaign have fostered an ongoing relationship between the HSFO and AIC. This is a glowing example of how Allied International Credit is committed to Worthwhile Work.

AIC began the “Take Heart” campaign on November 19, 2007. The goal given to us by the HSFO was to secure 433 canvassers for Heart Month 2008 by December 13, 2007. We are proud to report that we exceeded expectations by over 200%. We recruited over 900 canvassers for 2008! Only by being In Control of Achieving the Goal could AIC deliver such excellent results.
