Our Goal

AIC believes in providing opportunities for advancement for all eligible employees.

Our goal is to fill at least 75% of our middle management positions with internal candidates. In order to reach this goal, we provide training and development programs second to none in our industry.

Training

AIC is an industry leader in employee training.

Our professional instructors are trained to match their methods of delivery to the individual learning styles of the trainees.

Whether it is job-specific training programs like the Foundations of Collections or Foundations of Trace or client-specific courses, our expert trainers provide employees with the skills, knowledge and support system that they need in order to be successful.

In recognition of the quality of our training program, AIC was selected by Training Magazine as one of 2007’s Top 125 Training companies worldwide.

Development Programs

At AIC we believe that leaders are made, not born, so we invest considerable resources in developing our people.

Our Development and Facilitation department has created an array of programs, ranging from the “Top Gun Schools” for collection and trace officers to the “Learn to Lead” course for management.

These programs incorporate both classroom instruction and on-the-job learning to ensure that participants come out equipped with the skills and knowledge they require.
