AIC received PCI Security accreditation on August 19, 2009. PCI stands for Payment Card Industry, and being certified with this organization means that we are meeting the highest level of security when it comes to safekeeping our customer’s credit card information. This is yet another step in our quest of being a leader in industry with respect to security standards and meeting/exceeding clients’ expectations.

June 4, 2009 - At a Gala Dinner, AIC was presented with several medals of achievement at the Contact Centre World Americas Top Performers Awards. The awards recognize the very best in the contact center industry from North and South America. Over a thousand applicants had applied for the 2009 program and the best were short listed and invited to the event in Toronto.
